All reservations must be made through the Maritime Conference Center. (Tel: (410) 859-5700, This is separate from conference fees. Lodging includes dinner and breakfast. Lunch and snacks are included in the conference fee. Dietary restrictions are no problem and are taken care of by the Center. The Center offers a 24-hour shuttle from BWI.
