All critiques and intensive require Saturday conference registration. All critiques are on Saturday. Intensive registration may be made on the day of the intensive if the selected intensive is not at capacity. Drop-in first page and query letter critiques will also be provided by local authors on Saturday for $10 each.  Be sure to click HERE for further instructions.

Manuscript Critiques and Portfolio Reviews

Gatekeeper and Keynote** $60

Local author or illustrator** $45

**Critique Registration is NOT FINAL until you submit your manuscript following the directions here. Submit immediately to reserve your spot! If you register for a gatekeeper critique but do not submit your manuscript while slots are still available, you will be given the option to select a local author or illustrator critique instead and have the difference refunded, or have the amount refunded entirely.

LODGING

All reservations must be made through the Maritime Conference Center. (Tel: (410) 859-5700, www.mccbwi.org) This is separate from conference fees. As at Claggett, lodging includes dinner and breakfast. Lunch and snacks are included in the conference fee. Dietary restrictions are no problem and are taken care of by the Center. The Center offers a 24-hour shuttle from BWI.
